If you feel that part of the service did not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of the job being completed. We will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution, which may include corrections or adjustments to the work performed. Refunds may be considered only in rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of the company.
Because every project is unique, all decisions regarding refunds or service adjustments are final.
